Everything is delivered online — nothing is shipped. As soon as your payment is confirmed you are taken to your private "Your purchase" page, where every product in your order can be downloaded, and we email you a link to that page. Bookmark the page or keep the email.

Open the link in your purchase email, or use "Find my purchase" with the email you used at checkout and the Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_) from Razorpay's confirmation. The same page can email the link to you again.

Your purchase page stays available. Each download link is created when you click Download and works for 10 minutes; just click again for a fresh one. Very rapid repeated requests are briefly blocked to protect against abuse.

Keep the confirmation page open for a minute while it verifies the payment. If it still shows nothing, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID and the email you used — a failed or incomplete payment never unlocks a product, and a completed one is always restored.

Open the free product, click Get free and enter your email address. The download unlocks straight away and the link works for 30 minutes. We keep your email with that request and don't send you automatic emails.

When we publish an updated version of a pack or plugin you bought, it appears on your purchase page at no extra cost.

UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets, through Razorpay, when you pay in Indian Rupees (INR). You can also choose to pay in USD, EUR, GBP, AED, AUD or CAD with a card — use the currency selector at the top of the page; prices are converted from INR at the European Central Bank reference rate.

Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Protonix Academy is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our prices.

Yes. Samples, presets and MIDI are royalty-free for use in your own music. You may not resell or redistribute the raw files. See the Sound License.

WAV and MIDI packs work in any DAW. Preset packs need the listed synth (for example Serum or Kick 2), which is not included. Plugins list their formats and system requirements on each product page.

Downloads are delivered instantly, so change-of-mind refunds generally aren't possible once a product has been delivered. We always help with duplicate payments, faulty or missing files and delivery problems. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Choose a service (1-on-1 class, track feedback, stem mixing or mastering) and pay securely. Your purchase page and email then explain the next step: email us with your order number to arrange your class, or to send your files.
