You may

Use samples, loops, presets and MIDI from Protonix Academy products in your own musical compositions, including commercial releases, performances, streaming, broadcast and sync, royalty-free.

You may not

• Resell, share, upload or redistribute the raw files or presets, alone or as part of another sample pack, preset bank, library or template.
• Use the sounds to train AI or machine-learning models.

Plugins

Plugins are licensed for use by the purchaser on their own computers. They may not be shared, resold or redistributed. System requirements and formats are listed on each plugin's page.

Ownership

Copyright in the sounds, presets, MIDI and software remains with Protonix Academy or its licensors. Your music made with them is yours.
