Digital Delivery Policy

Protonix Academy sells digital products and online services. Nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods, delivery addresses or shipping charges.
How digital products are delivered
- Paid products are unlocked only after we have verified with Razorpay that your payment was completed. A failed or cancelled payment unlocks nothing.
- Once the payment is confirmed you are taken to your private "Your purchase" page, where each product in your order can be downloaded. Bundles and the Private Mentorship program unlock every product they include.
- We also email a link to that page to the address you entered at checkout. Delivery is normally immediate; occasionally payment confirmation takes a little longer.
Download links
Your purchase page stays available. Each download link is created by our server when you click Download, is tied to your purchase, and expires after 10 minutes for security — click again for a fresh link. Files are streamed from private storage; very rapid repeated requests are briefly blocked to protect against abuse.
For large packs, use a stable connection. Downloads can be resumed by most browsers and download managers while the link is valid.
Lost your link?
Use "Find my purchase" with your checkout email and Razorpay payment ID to open your purchase page again, or ask it to email the link to the address on your order. Or contact us.
Free products
Free products are unlocked by entering your email address on the product page. The download link works for 30 minutes; request it again if it expires. We don't send emails for free products.
Updates
When we publish an updated version of a product you bought, it appears on your purchase page at no extra cost.
Services and mentorship
Services are not downloads. After payment, your purchase page and email explain the next step: email us with your order number to arrange your 1-on-1 class or mentorship classes (held online), or to send your files for feedback, mixing or mastering. Finished work is delivered by email or a sharing link.
Problems
If a download fails, a file is corrupted or missing, or you can't access something you paid for, contact us at protonixacademy@gmail.com or +91 8130132969 with your order number and payment ID. Refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
